About Rudanovsky Group
The Rudanovsky Group was founded in the year 2000 by three former floorbrokers, investment bankers and market-specialists on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. It's principals have been responsible for the listing of nearly 4,000 foreign corporations on different market segments of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.Rudanovsky Group currently maintains offices in Frankfurt (Germany) and Hong Kong and has a small staff of dedicated professionals. Rudanovsky Groups managing director is well connected in the financial services industry, with over twelve years experience as a principal, partner and CEO level investment banker, leading and dealing with every aspect of private and public company financing from strategic planning and business development to securing business growth capital through private placements, bridges, initial public offerings (NASDAQ, AMEX, OTCBB, AIM, Plus-Markets and Deutsche Börse), PIPE's, follow-on offerings, M & A and Reverse Mergers. Rudanovsky Group managing partners have extensive experience performing key rolls with over 100 public and private offerings and advisory projects which raised over $1 billion for clients.

Since 2007, we have added straight listings to our services portfolio and have been involved with IPO services for small and medium size companies from Asia, North America and Europe. Our listing services, or Initial Public Offering services (IPO), consist of a comprehensive package, covering everything from due-dilligence paperwork and legal filings to capital raising.

Startup Stock Exchange (SSX)
Since mid 2016, Rudanovsky Group has been approved as official Listing Advisor to the Startup Stock Exchange (SSX). SSX allows companies to raise funds by selling shares of the company on a regulated public stock exchange to a pool of global investors, using concepts and methodologies adopted from the world of crowd funding. SSX was created specifically for the needs of startups and small businesses to fund their companies.
The European markets have been very strong, especially in Germany, and there is a strong demand from both private and institutional investors in Europe to invest in small-cap and medium size companies from Asia, the United Kongdom, the United States, Canada and Australia.
The Frankfurt Stock Exchange
According to exchange data at their website, 45 percent of Europe's top 300 companies have their primary listing on the London or Frankfurt exchanges. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB) is by far the largest of the eight German stock exchanges. It ranks third in the world behind NYSE and NASDAQ. Since the launch of Xetra, its electronic trading platform, it has offered its clients not only floor trading through brokers but also fully-electronic trading facilities, whereby orders from any point on the globe are automatically inputted into the order book on the central computer.
